Welcome Reception (3 December 2006)

 


A Welcome Reception was hosted by the Host Government at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre, following the Opening Ceremony for WORLD 2006. Over 3000 guests attended the reception, including 250 Youth Fellows from various countries/regions.
